There are many reasons for documenting flights with video. Insurance, social media channel, or just for fun. Three cameras are included. One at the very front, one behind the heads of the passengers, focused on the instruments. A third camera is on the roof, with a 360 degree view. All cameras feed to the iPads on the panel.

Helicopters can leave the factory painted brilliant white. Owners have the flexibility to decorate the exterior as desired. Perhaps adding the particular branding, decals and logos of the company, flying club and/or training establishment. This is easily done with adhesive vinyl, and can be installed by any competent company, locally.

My goal is to make sure that all aspects of the interior cabin, are PERFECT. The texture of the leather, every stitch, and carpet fibre must blend into a comfortable environment. I’m proud of my Italian heritage and it’s a matter of personal pride that every aircraft and helicopter, wherever it may fly, metaphorically speaks Italian.

This helicopter is a leap into the future, but based on solid Ukrainian engineering traditions. Ukraine is renown for producing excellent helicopters. Currently, the helicopter is flown in the experimental category. The goal is to increase production to a point where the cost of certification is offset by sales volume. It will then be certified in the EASA certification regime, and subsequently FAA certification. In the meantime, the Vector Twin can be legally flown anywhere in the world, on a permit to fly. We will assist wherever possible. to make it happen.

The helicopter leaves the factory with a FAA N-registration, under a trust. The beneficial owner can reside anywhere in the world, without having to be a citizen of the USA. Thousands of aircraft operate in this way.

Should the owner rather have it registered in their home country, that can be easily done, with the export from the N-reg, It’s only a matter of paperwork, depending on the destination country. We do however recommend remaining on the FAA register, which allows for worldwide operation, expect where US-sanctions are in effect.

Note: The FAA N-registration is included in the selling price, but the applicable VAT and/or Sales Tax in the destination country, are for the account of the owner. We highly recommend that ALL taxes are complied with.

The helicopter is insured by RapidSky, while the factory. It’s also covered for the initial delivery flight, until the keys are in the hands of the eventual owner. Thereafter the insurance can be cancelled and/or transferred, as desired. Our insurance broker can assist owners, on an individual basis, before delivery. Otherwise, all insurance is the responsibility of the owner. Due to the excellent safety/track record, insurance rates are quite reasonable.

The completed helicopter is flown directly to your doorstep, anywhere in Western Europe, and the keys placed in your hand. For all deliveries outside Western Europe, the complete helicopter is shipped in a 40ft container.

• Delivery in Western Europe is included in the selling price. An experienced pilot will fly the helicopter, literally to your doorstep, or to the nearest general aviation airport. The delivery flight is insured by RapidSky Limited.
• Shipping costs worldwide are obviously a wildcard, and calculated at the time of completion, depending on the eventual destination. These costs to be paid by the owner. The shipping cost should also include all insurance.

Every helicopter comes with a one-year, back to base, factory warranty. This applies to the fuselage, engine and rotors only. All other equipment and avionics have a separate warranty, as per the supplier, detailed on delivery.

This helicopter is relatively easy to fly. Obviously, adequate helicopter training MUST be received beforehand. RapidSky can assist in that regard, by including the first 10 hours towards your helicopter license, in the base price. If already a qualified helicopter, those 10 hours can be used for type training. The venue to be discussed.

We facilitate an online discussion forum, where owners interact, compare notes, and learn from each other.

The RapidSky team provides online assistance, with tracked support tickets. We do our very best to help wherever we can, and/or point owners in the right direction. If we can’t solve it, we’ll find those who can.

The jocular definition of a consultant, is someone who borrows your watch, to tell you the time. We dispel that, by actually giving YOU a watch. The latest and greatest model from Garmin, specifically designed for aviators. Currently it’s the Garmin D2 Watch. It communicates with all the Garmin avionics on your instrument panel.

We make every effort to help prospective owners actually buy one. While we are not a financial institution, there are several lenders that are very willing to make the necessary loans. • Reserve your helicopter production slot, by paying a GBP £1000 refundable deposit.
• You’ll immediately be presented with a calendar, to book a video meeting with Herby.
• Making a monetory commitment, indicates that you are serious, and want to proceed.
• Once everything is discussed and agreed, 30% payment is required to start production.
• When the engine is about to be installed, a further 30% payment is required to continue.
• When all the avionics and interior are ready for installation, the next 30% payment is due.
• We provide regular updates throughout the production process, keeping you well informed.
• The balance of the purchase price is payable, seven days before the delivery date is confirmed.
